Anthony Finn at Emroka has consulted widely in the areas of subscription management, customer services and fulfilment, particularly in the STM sector. Anthony also has extensive knowledge of physical book distribution, helping publishers with supplier selection and project managing distribution change and outsourcing. He has recently been interim general manager at NBNi, a book distributor in the West of England. Anthony has also provided consultancy through Trident Publishing Services with business partner, James Fiennes. James has consulted in the publishing arena for many years, is an experienced business analyst, has provided training and documentation services specialising recently in CRM solutions.

Jane Anson

specialises in educational book and digital content, working for publishers such as Oxford University Press and Pearson:
